Dear Team, I am a World Bank employee based in Washington, DC, and I have an upcoming business trip to the Central Bank of Djibouti. I reviewed the information provided in the link below and, as I hold a special Turkish passport, I am exempt from visa requirements for stays in Djibouti of up to 90 days. I have included the official announcement from the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. I could not find an English version, but you may kindly verify this in your system. Please confirm that I do not require a visa, given that my stay will be limited to 7 days and I hold a special Turkish passport. Thank you very much. Bonjour Monsieur , Je me nomme Nimhan Soubaneh Elmi. À l’été 2023, j’avais déclaré la perte de mon passeport et entamé une procédure pour l’établissement d’un nouveau passeport. Environ un mois plus tard, j’ai toutefois retrouvé mon passeport initial et je vous ai immédiatement contactés afin de vous en informer. Suite à cela, la demande de nouveau passeport a été annulée. Actuellement, mon passeport est toujours valide, mais il arrive à expiration. Je dois donc procéder à son renouvellement en février 2026. Je souhaiterais savoir si, dans le cadre d’un renouvellement à expiration, les frais standards de renouvellement s’appliquent, ou si une procédure particulière est requise en raison de la situation de 2023.
